If you could do any job in the world, what would it be.... and I mean in a perfect world where you can have kids and still get everything done that you want to in the day. Maybe even have a cook or house keeper, in your most perfect situation, what would you do?
I'll give you a few examples.....
doctor, lawyer, zoo keeper, dentist, school teacher, librarian, lunch lady at school, the walmart guy that hands out the carts and says hello, nurse, artist, photographer, just to name a few....
now remember, you can be as creative as you like, as for me.....
I would be a CSI.... Crime scene investigator.... I love that kinda of stuff, it's kinda like a puzzle and you get to figure it all out.

I would love to be a "street namer", a person who is in charge of naming streets or neighborhoods. Street names fascinate me, I mean who gets to do it, someone has too. Pay me to do it. I would also like to design homes and landscapes.
Whenever I'm go through a phase of a particular hobby I think "I wish I could some how make money doing this." Right now that would either be photographer or party planner.
I would love to be a baker. Of desserts especially. And a photographer of very cooperative children. I'd love to be a painter, except that I'm not even a little bit artistic. It just seems soothing.
My dream job is become a YA/children's librarian. I am actually going to start working on this dream once Ian is in school full time. This way I will keep the same hours as my kids and also have summers off to travel.
I would love to be a photographer. I have a dream/goal that my husband and I will own a ATV shop in Pismo and I would work in the front and sell t-shirts and all the stuff and he would work on all the bikes which he loves to do. We are going to work hard to do this! I can see it now I have to go for it. I was an office manager so I can so do this! He is awesome at fixing bikes and he is passionate about it.
I would love to have my own clothing boutique and/or be a clothing designer, although I'm not really interested in the sewing part, only the design aspect. I think I would choose to have the boutique over anything. I would LOVE that. Then I could wear all the designer stuff and not feel guilty about buying it. That would be awesome if someday this came true.
Great post! My first choice would be to travel the world to review tourist destinations for magazines and websites. My second choice- I would love to open my own flower shop and design all the arrangements. I'd also sell cute and quirky little gifts, yard decor and planting stuff that is just unique. I SO do not have a green thumb, but I can put together beautiful arrangements that will die anyway!
I loved reading what you all said. How fun! It's cool to know that about you all.
I'm struggling with this one because I'm pretty sure I'm doing what I love and what my dream job is. I'm teaching kids how to play the cello. It's what I've always wanted to do since I was little. I love being my own boss and working my own hours and getting paid well for it.
But I guess a second choice would to be a children's book editor for a publishing company. I love being a critic and refining art (it's probably the musician in me that makes me that way, I think). But I would hate to work with deadlines. I'm not that kind of girl. I like to do things in my own time frame (which is another way of saying I enjoy being lazy sometimes).
