Pillowcase fun

Look what I made out of a pillowcase! I'm going to make a matching pillowcase dress to wear over it. I know she'll probably look like a clown but that's even more fun.

Those are awesome!!!!! I wish I knew how to sew. You need to teach me! Was it hard to make those? Oh ya, those are some fancy pillow cases.

Wow, cool. Where'd you get the pattern or did you just wing it?

Speaking of clowns . . . it was Wacky Day at preschool and Ian was wearing sandals (it was 40 degrees outside), bug pattern pajama pants under shark pattern swimming trunks. A red and gray sweater under a backwards brown and rainbow striped polo, a rainbow clown wig and a Batman cape. He was definitely dressed the wackiest. Most kids just had on two different shoes or their shirt on backwards. I guess our in our family we take dressing up and the word WACKY very literally. It was really fun to go to the farmer's market and shop with Ian before preschool in that outfit.

I hope you took a picture! I bet he looked adorable. Here's a link that showed me how to do the pants. It was way easy.

And here's a good one for pillowcase dresses.
