Looking for a great maternity dress to wear for a wedding in a few weeks. Any good ideas where to look? I haven't seen anything that is wearable with the "g's." I am open to any suggestions. Thanks! :)
I've gotten a few from old navy.com and Layers.com, both solid black which helped with the whole trying to look slim thing while I was in my I'm not jsut putting on extra pounds... I'm pregnant, stage. Good Luck!
I had the same problem a few years ago, shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding. I never found one that wasn't either immodest or totally made me look like a bus. So instead I bought a pattern and had a skirt made, then found a pretty blouse that went with it. Best of luck to you!
If you are going to be in Utah, try the Shade store in American Fork or Old Navy or Gap Maternity. Motherhood is a bust lately. I think they are trying to appeal to all the pregnant teens out there.
I was going to say, just throwing a shade shirt under most sleeveless dresses works pretty well. I bought a dress from Nordstroms several months back for my brothers wedding and put a shade shirt under and it worked great. They even have nicer materials than just your average cotton, so that made it look a little more dressed up.
I got some really cute dresses from Ross that had empire waists and just bought them a few sizes bigger. The great thing, they were cheap and I can wear them now! I know you are super skinny and this would work for you Sherry!
